Best friend shatters author's sheltered existence

Little Miss Smarty-Pants
By Suzanne Kopoulos

Downers Grove, Ill. — Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Thelma and Louise. Will and Grace. And Bunny and Pookie?

To Suzanne Kopoulos, author of “Little Miss Smarty-Pants: The hilarious, off-beat, poignant adventures of a wallflower-turned-wiseass … and the gay boyfriend who changed her life forever," her crazy chronicle of everlasting friendship rivals the most legendary duos in history.

I was given this book as a gift and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I laughed and cried thanks to the author's adventures with "Pookie." It shows that soul mates aren't always lovers, but in this case they remain best friends.

A funny, witty summertime read!
